Computer Network Administrator:-

Also, could provide technical assistance to computer system users, answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software.

Computer Systems Administrator:-

Is familiar with all aspects of a company's computer hardware, software, or network applications, able to answer questions, troubleshoot problems, and implement remedies by e-mail or over the phone.

Technical Support Specialist
Provides technical assistance to customers or employees in person or via telephone, email, Internet, fax, etc., on hardware/software operations and troubleshooting.
